We accept clothing, shoes, accessories and textiles in good condition.
Please note that we cannot accept damaged or heavily soiled items.

As a rule, we concentrate on textile donations. However, we may be able to accept other items such as shoes or accessories. Please check our acceptance guidelines or contact us for more information.
Our used clothing containers are emptied by us with the help of trucks on a weekly basis, or earlier in the event of premature overfilling. They are then transported to one of our warehouses. Only "rough" sorting takes place there and not sorting from garment to garment. Rough sorting is based on the criteria of clothing, shoes, bags and unusable (excessively damaged / soiled).
After rough sorting, the old clothes are stored properly (protected from environmental impact). In the next and final step, the sorted old clothes are passed on to our business partners.
